We specialize in working firms of smaller size where they need an Human Capital one stop shop on demand who can build internal firm HR & talent infrastructures, expertly curate executive networks for portfolio companies and dealflow, serve as a portfolio human capital arm, and everything in between.

Our experience spans 10 PE firms and 300+ companies (including serving as an interim Head of Human Capital for a PE-backed company, serving as the CHRO for a professional services firm, and being the retained Executive Networking & Search professional for a large PE firm for a year).
