4 Point Consulting works with small to mid-market companies who are referred by “friends of 4 Point”. These companies do not have to have private equity or venture capital backing to work with us.

The Premise

Having top notch talent and HR professionals shouldn’t be a luxury that only large or leveraged companies can enjoy. 4 Point started in 2016 working with SMBs who needed some “People Help”, be it help navigating how to provide benefits for the first time, deploying a company’s first handbook or performance management process, or how to build a new department to support the team.
