What did you do since 2020? After the difficult decision to shutdown 4 Point 1.0 in July 2020, while waiving her team’s non-competes, Christy has since specialized in her own human capital practice. Her experience now includes 300+ companies, 10 PE firms, serving as an interim Head of Human Capital for a PE-backed company, serving as. CHRO for a professional services firm, and serving as the retained Executive Networking & Search professional for a large PE firm.

Industry Focus

Financial services houses, including private equity firms and their portfolio companies, and professional services companies are where Christy feels home the most. This is where she grew her practice and this is where she has spent the most time, serving deal teams, their firm’s People Ops/ HR teams, and more.

Smaller & Specialized Team

Growing 4 Point 1.0 to over 30 people and $6M estimated revenue was awesome… but not where Christy focuses anymore. She works with the best of the best of her former team, and she leads every engagement now. It’s all about quality, long-term relationships.
